I love creating meaningful art. Pausing moments that could be forgotten. My mom took photos & videos all of my life. I have the most beautiful video of my brother and I playing on play structure and him pushing me on the swing when I was little. When I was 18, my brother passed away in a motorcycle accident.
My mom took photos and videos of us together the night he died, just hours before. When I thought we had so much time left together. I thought we would see each other get married. Turns out those photos are all that's left. I know loss. its caused me to have empathy for those who are or have experienced loss. I know the meaning of a photo when the people in them are gone. I want to capture memories that will last.
