Studio Day with Jasmyn

I was privileged to attend Jasmyns studio styled shoot & to model for Jasmyn for my new branding images. I had creative freedom with my props, outfit and ideas for my branding images and they feel so very me. (Jasmyn Doerksen Photography)
Jasmyn did such a woderful job capturing these shots.
The styled shoots were so much fun to attend. Jasmyn did a wonderful job bringing in models and having a vibe set for each one. It gave me a perspective of attending a event rather than hosting. I loved watching Jasmyn and the other photographers work. There were moments where we had time and space to pose the models that were waiting while Jasmyn worked with the other models. I had so much fun shooting the couples in this beautiful space. The lighting was perfect too.
I would highly recommend attending a styled shoot - or my retreat *wink, wink*
My biggest take away was the freedom to be creative - something I'm trying to do in every session I book now, but this gave me an opportunity to fully practice it with no expectations on me. I had so much fun with the other photographers and Jasmyn has always been someone who is a welcoming face in the photography community. It can be salty out there for newer photographers but Jasmyn speaks with kindness and wants to help everyone grow. So thankful to call her my friend.
